Recent trends show that there is a drastic increase in the neurodegenerative disease conditions and people hardly pay attention to such grave issues. So, being a research center with special focus on neurodegeneration and allied brain health conditions, the center for neuroscience has a great responsibility for building awareness in the society. Although the centre has immense resources, the dissemination of information has been limited to the academic circle. Therefore, the centre has decided to create a platform for sharing the knowledge to the civil society which is known as Prajñā.
The concept of Prajñā is not only developed as a community outreach but also a platform for an interdisciplinary and inter-sector collaboration for setting up a resilient society. Hence, Prajñā prognosticates an ethereal system where posterity will have access to knowledge despite their socio-economic conditions and get a chance to understand the advancements in brain health research.
